A Beginner’s Guide to Managing a Home

When you receive the keys to your very first home, it is a milestone, a time for celebration and dreaming of the day when you make that final mortgage payment. Yet there are costs to property ownership and one is building maintenance, which is essential; the quickest way to see a house become in disrepair is to do nothing for a couple of years.
